QR Codes In Science.
QR codes are an extremely useful way for students to quickly access a website or link to resources, questions or clues which form part of a series of pieces of a puzzle which they need to solve. I've also used them as classroom displays where they take the students to a video of a "big" question. These are used to engage the students where they can scan them independently as the move around the room, or as part of a starter where the title is introduced then the students discuss their thoughts and conclusions before showing them the video.
